WEDA Dammann & Westerkamp is a German pig farming, barn equipment, breeding and air conditioning technology expert. It has acquired the Danish company W. Domino A/S in October 2021. W. Domino A/S is headquartered in Ølholm near Vejle. It has 23 employees and specializes in the manufacture of automatic feeders, sorting systems and manure removal. "Through WEDA and W. Weda has a history of more than 80 years, has more than 50 years of experience in the agricultural industry, and is active all over the world. Domino has been in existence for 60 years and has so far mainly focused on the European market. Both companies have a large customer base and are respected participants in the pig house equipment and livestock automation markets. “From the very beginning, we have had very active and constructive negotiations with Weda. Allan Trøjborg will continue to hold the company management position, and Volker Schönig will join W. Domino A/S as managing director. Judith Domino will continue to serve as chief financial officer.
